Yes. Every sound can be used in your own tracks and commercial releases without paying anyone extra – no royalties, no clearance, no credit required. You are buying a licence to use the sounds in your compositions, not ownership of the sounds, so the samples themselves cannot be resold, re-licensed or passed on as part of another sample library.
Can I release the tracks I make with it on Spotify, YouTube or vinyl?
Yes, on any platform and with no limit on how many copies or streams. The licence covers commercial releases, DJ sets, client work and content you monetise. It is non-transferable, so it stays with you rather than with anyone you send the files to.
