Description

Versatile construction kit elements for underground and mainstage tech house

Downtown Tech includes sub-heavy bass loops that provide a solid foundation, punchy kicks, crisp claps and intricate percussion loops that drive the rhythm forward.

Melodic synth lines and stabs add character and harmonic depth, while no-kick top loops allow you to layer complex rhythmic patterns.

Chopped vocal samples inject a human element and edgy vibe, complemented by MIDI files of bass and synth loops for total customization.

All sounds are provided in WAV and REX2 formats, fully tempo- and key-labeled, ensuring seamless integration into any DAW.

From late-night underground grooves to mainstage tech house tracks, Downtown Tech equips producers with professional-grade tools to craft dynamic, engaging productions filled with texture, movement and energy.

Questions?

Is Downtown Tech royalty free?

Yes. Every sound can be used in your own tracks and commercial releases without paying anyone extra – no royalties, no clearance, no credit required. You are buying a licence to use the sounds in your compositions, not ownership of the sounds, so the samples themselves cannot be resold, re-licensed or passed on as part of another sample library.

Can I release the tracks I make with it on Spotify, YouTube or vinyl?

Yes, on any platform and with no limit on how many copies or streams. The licence covers commercial releases, DJ sets, client work and content you monetise. It is non-transferable, so it stays with you rather than with anyone you send the files to.

When do I get the files?

The moment your payment goes through. The download link is emailed to you and the files also sit in your account, so you can download them again whenever you need – there is nothing to wait for and nothing shipped.

What formats do I get and will they work in my DAW?

A single zip with WAV · Rex2 files inside. The download is 776.8 MB, so allow for that on a slow connection. Unzip it and drag the sounds straight into Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic, Cubase, Bitwig, Reason or any other DAW or sampler – there is no installer and no extra software, on both Windows and macOS.

What tempo are the loops?

The loops in this pack sit at 125–128 BPM, and the tempo is written in every file name together with the musical key where one applies. One-shots carry no tempo, so they fit any project.

My download will not open – what now?

Nine times out of ten the zip was only half downloaded; the size above tells you what a complete file should weigh. Start the download again from your account, and if it still refuses to open, write to support@bingoshakerz.com and we will sort it out.

Downtown Tech is a really usable pack if you’re producing groove-driven tech house and want sounds that sit properly in a mix. The drums have a good balance of punch and space, and the percussion gives you plenty to work with when building a rolling groove. The bass and synth elements are easy to layer without taking over the arrangement, while the loops can be chopped up or processed to fit your own style.

What I like most is that the sounds don’t feel too overproduced you still have room to add your own processing, saturation, effects, and movement. A good one for building the foundation of a track and then making it your own.
