Description

Classic UK garage rhythms reimagined for contemporary house productions

Every element in this pack is crafted for producers who love the intersection of funk, garage and house.

From rolling bass grooves and syncopated percussion to glossy synth chords and warm Rhodes motifs, the sound palette is designed to move dancefloors and evoke that unmistakable feel-good vibe of the 90s house and garage era – with contemporary production finesse.

Sebb Junior’s attention to groove and detail gives this pack a uniquely human and musical touch.

Funky Garage House is not just a collection of loops, but a toolkit of inspiration, perfect for crafting club-ready tracks or smooth, sunlit house grooves that radiate energy, soul and class.

Starting out in early ’90s, Sebb developed his sound into the studio and quickly got signed by Miguel Migs Salted Music, Chicago’s legendary label Large Music, Kerri Chandler’s Madhouse Records, Papa Records and some other well respected imprints.

His tracks also appeared on such record labels as Toolroom, Milk & Sugar or Kontor Records.

Questions?

Is Sebb Junior Presents Funky Garage House royalty free?

Yes. Every sound can be used in your own tracks and commercial releases without paying anyone extra – no royalties, no clearance, no credit required. You are buying a licence to use the sounds in your compositions, not ownership of the sounds, so the samples themselves cannot be resold, re-licensed or passed on as part of another sample library.

Can I release the tracks I make with it on Spotify, YouTube or vinyl?

Yes, on any platform and with no limit on how many copies or streams. The licence covers commercial releases, DJ sets, client work and content you monetise. It is non-transferable, so it stays with you rather than with anyone you send the files to.

When do I get the files?

The moment your payment goes through. The download link is emailed to you and the files also sit in your account, so you can download them again whenever you need – there is nothing to wait for and nothing shipped.

What formats do I get and will they work in my DAW?

A single zip with WAV files inside. The download is 375.6 MB, so allow for that on a slow connection. Unzip it and drag the sounds straight into Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic, Cubase, Bitwig, Reason or any other DAW or sampler – there is no installer and no extra software, on both Windows and macOS.

What tempo are the loops?

The loops in this pack sit at 120–123 BPM, and the tempo is written in every file name together with the musical key where one applies. One-shots carry no tempo, so they fit any project.

My download will not open – what now?

Nine times out of ten the zip was only half downloaded; the size above tells you what a complete file should weigh. Start the download again from your account, and if it still refuses to open, write to support@bingoshakerz.com and we will sort it out.

Funky Garage House is a great collection if you like getting hands-on with your drums and building your own grooves. The one-shots and percussion have plenty of swing and character, and they’d be perfect for loading into an Ableton Drum Rack and creating your own custom kits.
There’s a lot of flexibility here to chop, layer, pitch, and rearrange the sounds into something completely your own. Rather than just relying on the loops, I’d be digging into the individual hits and using them as building blocks for funky, shuffled garage grooves.
