Description
Deep, rhythmic and dynamic loops engineered for tech house producers
Loaded with stripped drum loops and broken-down elements – including individual kicks, hats and percussion, this pack gives you total control over your groove.
Warm, analogue-style music kits come with bass, synth and chord components to help you build rich, textured arrangements, while song-starting construction kits provide ready-made foundations to kick-start your creative process.
Push your low end with smashing sub bass loops, add melodic flair with synth and ambient loops and fill out your top end with clean hat and top loops plus glitch-infused percussion.
A selection of white noise and FX loops gives you the extra tools you need for dynamic buildups and transitions.
Whether you’re building tech house bangers for the club or layering moody house elements in your studio sessions, Dynamic Tech House gives you a full WAV format pack with tempo and key labels for seamless drag-and-drop workflow in any DAW.

Questions?
Is M.Rodriguez Presents Dynamic Tech House royalty free?
Yes. Every sound can be used in your own tracks and commercial releases without paying anyone extra – no royalties, no clearance, no credit required. You are buying a licence to use the sounds in your compositions, not ownership of the sounds, so the samples themselves cannot be resold, re-licensed or passed on as part of another sample library.
Can I release the tracks I make with it on Spotify, YouTube or vinyl?
Yes, on any platform and with no limit on how many copies or streams. The licence covers commercial releases, DJ sets, client work and content you monetise. It is non-transferable, so it stays with you rather than with anyone you send the files to.
When do I get the files?
The moment your payment goes through. The download link is emailed to you and the files also sit in your account, so you can download them again whenever you need – there is nothing to wait for and nothing shipped.
What formats do I get and will they work in my DAW?
A single zip with WAV files inside. The download is 529 MB, so allow for that on a slow connection. Unzip it and drag the sounds straight into Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic, Cubase, Bitwig, Reason or any other DAW or sampler – there is no installer and no extra software, on both Windows and macOS.
What tempo are the loops?
The loops in this pack sit at 126 BPM, and the tempo is written in every file name together with the musical key where one applies. One-shots carry no tempo, so they fit any project.
My download will not open – what now?
Nine times out of ten the zip was only half downloaded; the size above tells you what a complete file should weigh. Start the download again from your account, and if it still refuses to open, write to support@bingoshakerz.com and we will sort it out.
